          THESE ARE 15' X 58' NEW 2005 JAMESTOWNER HOUSEBOATS

          These boats are widebody style offering more cabin space and 4 cuddy style bedrooms and a queen size fold out couch to sleep 10 people. The boats have generators, central heat/air, carpeted inside and out, full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, multi disc cd changer, equipped front and rear decks, gas grill, waterslide, and furniture for 10.

• Weekends(Fri-Mon) $1750 in season $1400 off season
• Weekday(Mon-Fri) $1750 in season $1400 off season
• Week( Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri) $2800 in season $2240 off season

All Rentals are from 4:00 pm to 10:00 am. Peak schedule is from the weekend before Memorial Day to the weekend after Labor Day.

Houseboat Reservations Reservations may be made by phone or email and will be confirmed upon receipt of a $500 security deposit. Deposits not received within 15 days will be subject to rebooking. The security deposit will become a damage deposit upon arrival and will be fully refunded when the boat is returned clean and in good repair. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit.


Things You Should Know
Payment may be made with personal checks, money orders, Travelers Checks, Mastercard or Visa. Personal checks will be accepted up to 15 days prior to your trip. Rental fee does not include fuel,oil and applicable taxes and fees.

Please bring your own bed linens and pillowcases (All beds are full size except where noted), towels, washcloths, soap, trash bags, food and beverages. We do have a well-stocked convenience store.

For safety reasons, an auxiliary boat is required with each houseboat.We have pontoon and fishing boats available for rent if you do not have your own boat.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

All houseboats not ready to leave the marina one hour before dark will stay the night in the marina. No houseboats are to be driven after dark.

Please make plans to return the houseboat by 10:00 am on the day you are to return so we can have adequate time to prepare it for the next renter. Late return of houseboat will cost $100 per hour late fee.

The Marina retains the right to ground all boats for inclement weather.
