The boats have generators, central heat/air, carpeted inside and out, full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, multi disc cd changer, equipped front and rear decks, gas grill, waterslide, and furniture for 10.

Houseboats #9,10 - 14’ x 70’ Jamestowner Houseboats These boats offer more privacy with four cuddy style bedrooms, a bedroom with queen sized bunks and a sleeper sofa, two full baths, and capable of sleeping 12 people. The boat has a generator and central air/heat,fully carpeted, full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave,coffee maker, hot/cold water. Equipped with carpeted front and back decks, gas grill, waterslide and lawn furniture for 12.

Houseboats #11,12 - 16’ x 72’ Jamestowner Houseboats These boats will comfortably sleep 14 in six private bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, and two full baths. The boat is equipped with a large generator central air/heat, a full roomy kitchen, dining and living area. A gas grill, waterslide and lawn furniture for 14 is included.

All Rentals are from 4:00 pm to 10:00 am. Peak schedule is from the weekend before Memorial Day to the weekend after Labor Day.

Houseboat Reservations Reservations may be made by phone (812) 678-3313, or email and will be confirmed upon receipt of a $500 security deposit. Deposits not received within 15 days will be subject to rebooking. The security deposit will become a damage deposit upon arrival and will be fully refunded when the boat is returned clean and in good repair. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit.

Things You Should Know

Payment may be made with personal checks, money orders, Travelers Checks, Mastercard or Visa. Personal checks will be accepted up to 15 days prior to your trip. Rental fee does not include fuel,oil and applicable taxes and fees. Please bring your own bed linens and pillowcases (All beds are full size except where noted), towels, washcloths, soap, trash bags, food and beverages. We do have a well-stocked convenience store.

For safety reasons, an auxiliary boat is required with each houseboat.We have pontoon and fishing boats available for rent if you do not have your own boat.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

All houseboats not ready to leave the marina one hour before dark will stay the night in the marina. No houseboats are to be driven after dark. Please make plans to return the houseboat by 10:00 am on the day you are to return so we can have adequate time to prepare it for the next renter. Late return of houseboat will cost $100 per hour late fee. The Marina retains the right to ground all boats for inclement weather. 

Floating Cabins: Hoosier Hills Marina has floating cabins for rent. These cabins are a great way for the fisherman, hunter or a family getaway to stay close to the action. No need to worry about trailering your boat each day or driving to and from a motel. You are already on the water. Just roll out of bed and get in your boat or enjoy a morning swim. You have all the amenities of a houseboat vacation only you remain dockside. You don't even have to own a boat to enjoy fishing, and swimming with a slide or a swim ladder to enter the water. These floating cabins are our houseboats and we can accomodate 1 to 14 people from $200 per night to $350 per night depending on the number of people and the size of the boat. (There is a 2 night minimum and you will receive the 6th night free after a 5 night stay).

Fishing Boat Rental Rates 16 Foot with 9 hp motor $50 per day Boats are equipped with oars, rope and anchor, lifejackets and 3 gallon fuel tank. All rentals are daily rates and must be returned by 6:00 pm. Rental fee does not include fuel,oil and applicable taxes and fees. A $25 damage deposit will be required in addition to the rental fee. The deposit, less fuel and oil used, will be refunded once the boat is returned clean and in good repair.
